The conference area will be open from 9 am to 8 pm.

Yes! We have a wide variety of food and drink options on-site. While some samples are for free, the majority will be sold by third party vendors.

Make sure you have assigned your ticket. Once you have assigned your ticket(s), you will be able to access your order and ticket QR code. These QR codes will serve as your entry passes and will be scanned at the conference entrance. Please note that assigning your tickets is necessary for access to the event.

All attendees will be sent a link latest one week prior to the festival to browse other attendees, request to schedule meetings, add your personal program highlights to your calendar, etc.
